Private one-on-one sessions allow you to receive personalized guidance from me. I can create tailored practice sessions according to your interests and what is alive for you in your body, mind, heart, and spirit. Practices can include any combination of Qigong (active and/or meditative), somatics, restorative yoga, and mindfulness meditation. Practices can be of a general nature to support your overall health and wellbeing, or selected to address specific challenges you may have (physical, mental or emotional). Reflection on practice and/or mindful living can be included.
Private sessions can also function as a mentorship. Drawing on my experience as a mentor on the Daoist Flow teacher training, I help you to develop a consistent practice, both by finding ways to incorporate practice into your days and guiding you towards practices that suit your present (and evolving) needs. Reflecting together on the relationship between practice and daily life, I help guide you towards a more balanced experience of life.

As with many of my practices, I offer private sessions under the teachings of “dana“. “Dana” means generosity in Sanskrit, and is a practice based on reciprocity and mutual support. In practical terms, this means I don’t charge a fixed rate. Rather, I invite you to offer a donation in an amount that represents both what you feel you receive from me and your financial means.
I ask for a non-refundable registration fee of 20 EUR/USD (3,000 ISK), payable when we schedule the session. The purpose of the fee is to enter into a mutually respectful student-teacher relationship. From there, the energy is exchanged between us as dana (generosity). Suggested dana (generous donation) amounts for 60-minute ONLINE sessions are 50-125 EUR (57-143 USD, 7250-18000 ISK). IN-PERSON private sessions (in the capital area in Iceland or in the Praha/Beroun/Hořovice area in Czechia) are possible to arrange, with the cost of the rental space payable by the student.
